Where are the orders shipped from?
All orders are packed and shipped from California.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Domestic orders typically take 4-7 business days to arrive. International orders may take longer for final delivery and typically takes 2-12 weeks to arrive. Different countries are subject to different transit times. Any orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed the following week.
Signing up for Informed Delivery® offers a digital preview of your mail and allows you to manage your expected packages.
We are not responsible for any import taxes or other customs duties in your country. If you do not pay them then your order will be returned to us and at which point, we will issue you a refund less the original shipping cost plus a handling fee of $10.00 USD.
If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Address Change" ASAP.
We can't send packages to public places such as restaurants, public lockers, or public facilities but we do send to private PO boxes.

If the parcel does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. Akidere Co. cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!
For responses to common requests such as package not received or delivered, missing package, or where is my package and other tracking statuses: Where is my package?
All purchases are final sale, no exchanges. Please double check you have selected the correct size, there are size charts listed on the product pages to help. Be sure your shipping address has been filled in correctly before confirming your order.
If you have received a damaged/incorrect item on our behalf such as a misprint, please send an e-mail to email@example.com with the subject line “Damaged Item” or “Incorrect Item” within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging! Be sure to include details, order information, and images of the items. A new item will be sent out to you once tracking is provided on the return item, if tracking is not provided we will wait until we recieve the item.
How can I cancel my order?
As long as your order is still pending, we can cancel your order. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Cancel Order” and include your order # in the subject line - we’ll take care of the rest for you!
I forgot to add my discount code. Can you please apply it?
If you have a discount code and you forget to use it when you check out, you can usually use it again on your next purchase (this is not the case with a limited time offer/sale). If you have any concerns about your coupon code please email us BEFORE you place your order as we cannot apply discounts retroactively. Codes must be used at the time of purchase.
Because discount codes expire once you use them on a purchase, the code will not work again on another order.
If you choose to cancel an order that you used a discount code on, the code will not be valid again.
Will you be restocking "____"?
All items listed on Akidere Co. are what is currently available for purchase. Most of our designs are limited edition and will not be restocked once sold out. We generally restock based on community feedback!
Are your garments sized for men or women?
Our garments are unisex! They also run larger as a result.
How do I find my size?
You can find size charts listed on all of our product pages. Our products are unisex, and tend to run larger.
