Shipping Policy

📦 Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Orders ship within 3 days from when the order was placed. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed Friday and Sunday will be processed the following week. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. International orders are subject to longer transit times.

💌 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of our hands. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first, then with your local post office, and don’t hesitate to contact me for help. Please note that during holidays orders may take longer than usual.

Although we put our heart and soul into our work, we are not responsible for lost mail. We do not refund or replace items. Be sure to double check your shipping address prior to ordering. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your order.
